Message: Visited the Chester store today, and we were greeted by the most helpful and friendly Lita. She really couldn't do more to help us and went above and beyond to assist us. Thank you very much Lita, you are a super star!

Message: Kai and Andrew are both fantastic members of the Chester store. Both are willing to answer any questions we had. They are consummate professionals whose expertise will put any customer in a relaxed mindset about the services and jewellery on offer they are interested in.

Message: Just had my engagement ring resized and had the best service doing so - making sure its right in regard to fit and assuring we can alter it again if necessary, advising on complementary wedding bands. We primarily dealt with Andrew, but all the staff are so lovely, attentive, and knowledgeable about the pieces!

Message: Have used Ernest Jones in Chester many times over the years and bought my fiancee's engagement ring from them.. The customer service, is always excellent, the staff are very attentive, friendly and well informed. Would recommend! Lita has been really helpful and should be her commended for her customer service.

Message: I must say the experience we received has be great. We went and bought our wedding rings and Kim (supervisor) helped us place the order, although there was some computer difficulties Kim’s customer service was the best you could of asked for and what a lovely person to deal with our order. Although when our rings were delivered 1 of the rings arrived in the wrong size when I rang up and spoke to Andrew (manager) he was great he gave me the option of returning the ring to get it resolved in which I made the trip to Chester store to see Andrew. I could of not asked for a better response and service we was given FOC both our engagements rings sent off for full cleaning service. Andrew also noticed my engagement ring was broke which it had been since we purchased from another retailer who gave a bad service, Andrew then FOC had my engagement ring fixed. After what felt like a long 3 weeks finally today we collected both our engagement rings and my correct sized wedding ring. We was both so overwhelmed with how NEW our engagement rings looked and how they had managed to fix my ring it just meant so so much and we are both so very grateful of Andrew and Kim for all there help.. I would 100% recommend Ernest Jones especially the Chester store they go above and beyond along with the customer service you would want as a customer.

Message: The most delightful shopping experience ever. Jayne was helpful and went out of her way to find us the ring that we wanted. She even cleaned the ring I already had. Quick, friendly and professional service. We are thrilled.

Message: I took my wife to Ernest jones in Chester today with a view to purchasing an eternity ring for our 30th anniversary, from the off we were put at ease by our sales lady called Lita, she had great knowledge of the products and was very professional but very friendly and pleasant and helpful with it, nothing was too much trouble and we had a very nice experience as we were not put under any pressure to purchase, we did make a purchase and would definitely go back again in the future, highly recommended, thank you for a lovely experience, we would also like to thank Andrew the store manager who was also a very nice person to deal with.
